Who is Superdry?

Superdry & Co is a British fashion brand known primarily for clothing, accessories, and footwear with a distinctive style that blends vintage American influences, Japanese-inspired graphics, and British design sensibilities. The brand focuses on contemporary casualwear with attention to quality fabrics, unique detailing, and tailored fits.

Why We Have the Terms and Conditions

We have terms and conditions ("T&Cs") for a few different reasons:

They contain the rules which apply to your use of the Site
They set out all the rules which apply to your purchase of a Product
They contain information which we need to tell you, for example your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations

If you use the Site, purchase a Product or upload any material onto the Site, you are confirming that you agree to these T&Cs.

The T&Cs go hand in hand with some other documents which contain other important information:

Our Privacy Policy, where we tell you what information we collect about you and how we use and disclose it ("Privacy Policy");
Our Delivery Policy, where we tell you about delivery options for a Product and any restrictions on where we can deliver or extra charges ("Delivery Policy"); and
Our Returns Policy, where we tell you how to return a Product in certain circumstances including because you have changed your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations ("Returns Policy").

Ordering a Product from Us: How the Contract Works

Your order via the Site for a Product is an offer to buy that Product from us. When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation email.

This confirmation email is acceptance of your offer and forms a contract between us.

Price and Payment

The price of any Products will be as quoted on our Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. See our Delivery Policy for more information on this.

Our Site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our despatch process so that, where a Product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when despatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, we may either contact you and ask you if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price, or we may contact you to tell you that we have cancelled your order (and you will then need to place a new order if you still wish to buy the Product).

We accept payment via the payment methods shown on the Site.

By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that the payment details provided by you are valid and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

Availability and Delivery of Products

Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed. Subject to stock availability, we aim to despatch a Product ordered before 7.30pm on the same working day.

We will always try to fulfil orders, but our only responsibility to you where a Product is no longer available, or if we are unable to supply a particular Product for whatever reason, is to make sure we do not charge you for the Product.

Charges for all other delivery options selected will be displayed at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 working days to change your mind on eligible products.

Personalised products cannot be returned
Products like swimwear and underwear may not be returnable

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive a faulty, incorrect or missing product, please contact our customer service team with full details.

Our Responsibility to You

We are only responsible for foreseeable losses and our liability is limited to the price paid for the Product, except where prohibited by law.

Your Use of the Site

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images and content on the Site belong to Superdry or its licensors and may only be used for personal, non-commercial use.

Submitting Reviews and Content

You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, offensive, or infringing content.

Viruses, Hacking, Scraping

You must not misuse our Site by introducing viruses or attempting unauthorised access.

General

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest will continue to apply.

Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled in the UK courts.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Complaints Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase or service, please contact our customer service team. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 working hours.

Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 24 months, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot usually be replaced unless registered.
